Born Dec. 11, 1978, in Lebanon, she was the daughter of Susan E. Henry Allwein of Lebanon and the late Thomas J. Allwein. She had been employed by Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill. She was a graduate of Thompson Institute and a 1997 graduate of Cedar Crest High School. In addition to her mother, she is survived by brothers Mark T., husband of Sherry Allwein, of Hershey, Christopher A., husband of Paula Allwein, of Shermansdale, and Douglas M. Allwein of Fort Bragg, N.C.; nephews and numerous aunts and uncles. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Rohland Funeral Home, Fifth and Cumberland streets, Lebanon.
