He is buried next to his father Peter Kelly, his mother Jane Ewing Kelly and his wife Sara Kelly. The graves have been moved here from the old Kelly Family Cemetery which is now on private land near Catherine AL in Wilcox County which was their home. Peter's grave was marked by the DAR in 2001.
