I said Peter McArthur was my great grandfather. My great grandfather is Peter McArthur HORN. His mother was a McArthur and HER father was Peter McArthur and he was originally from North Carolina. They came to Wilcox County and Margaret McArthur met my great, great grandfather, who was J.A.C. Horn (John Andrew Clement) and they married and had eight or nine children. My great grandfather was one of thos children. As far as I have been able to find, Margaret was an only child. I have a copy of her will and other interesting papers in which the names of Neill McArthur and John McArthur is mentioned. I know they are related some way but I don't know how.
