HI, I have Felix Tate married to Frances Ann Jones, daughter of James Washington Jones and Fereby Williams. Felix was born 2 Feb 1850, died 23 December 1936. I have seven children for Felix and Frances Ann, one is Thomas Chapman Tate. I also have Pat Giddens (her mother is Lottie Elizabeth Sims Giddens) married to George Lee Tate. No info on George's parents. Josephine Tate, born in 1840, married Samuel Oliver Young Ray. Riley Tate Married Mary Elizabeth Unknown. Their son Thomas Godfrey Tate married Matilda Ann Ray, daughter of Hall Ray and Salina Wilkinson Ray. These people lived in Wilcox County. I also have a George W. Jones, son of Silas Jones and Charlotte Peele Jones, but no info on this George. Would like to have more info on them and connect them to your family. Hope there is a connection here.
