Is there anyone on the list in a position to get a copy of an obituary from the Jasper newspaper for me? Mrs. Elvira (Traywick) Feltman, who died June 24, 1901. The obituary was in the Daily Mountain Eagle, on July 3, 1901, or so I am told. I have the idea that a photocopy is in the library's obituary file although I am not absolutely certain. Hi Sallie, Records show her to have died in Haleyville on date you cite. If no obit found at Eagle; try NW Alabamian archives (successor to Advertiser) in Haleyville.
