Did you see the information that I published under "Early Settlers" on the Walker Co., AL, US Gen Web site? If not, that is a good place to start. Was your maiden name McDade, etc.? How far back can you trace up the McDade line. Give me something to work with and perhaps I can link you up or help you bridge the link to Samuel.
