He died after 1811 but I don't know where. He married Mary Polly Beasley, daughter of James Beasley, Sr. and Ann Taylor Beasley. She was born in 1765 in Virginia. I have no death date, but she's buried at Liberty Hill, Walker Co., Al. They had 9 children: James Earnest, born 1783 in Georgia, Died Feb. 28, 1868 and is buried in Old Lebanon Cemetery, Fayette Co., Alabama. He married Mary Ann "Polly" Curl. Catherine Earnest, born 1794 in North Carolina and died in Alabama Richard Earnest, born May 22, 1795 in Buncombe Co., North Carolina, died August 6, 1874 and is buried in Flatwood Cemetery, Tuscaloosa Co., Al. Richard married Epseby or Hepsy Martena Pate on October 12, 1826 in Abbeville, South Carolina. Mary Earnest born 1796 in North Carolina Henry Earnest, born 1801 in Warren Co., Georgia, died 1848 and buried in Liberty Hill, Walker Co., Al. Henry married Catherine "Katie" Shynn on Oct. 13, 1825 in Walton co., Georgia Robert Beasley Earnest, born March 20, 1802 in Warren Co., Ga., died April 27 1888 in Calhoun co., Arkansas. He married Sarah "Sally" Beasley in Athens, Clarke Co., Ga on Dec. 12, 1823. Married for a 2nd time to Anna Cobb in Walker Co., Al in 1835. Sarah Earnest, born 1806 in Georgia, died May 9, 1852 and buried in Liberty Hill, Walker Co., Alabama. Sarah married John Wesley gurganus on March 21, 1827 in Abbeville District, South Carolina. Martha "Patsy" Earnest, born 1808 in Georgia, died August 10, 1893 and buried at Liberty Hill, Walker Co., Al. Patsy married John Isaac Hutto, Jr. abt. 1825. She later married Washington S.
