The Walker County Genealogical Society, Inc. will meet Thursday, May 28, 2009, at 1:00 PM in the Carl Elliott Regional/Jasper Library. Guest speaker will be Ullman Fortenberry who served in the 15 Army Air Force , 463rd Bomb Group, 774th Squadron, flying B17 bombers during World War II. Ullman flew 37 bombing missions mostly out of Italy. Come join us. You might find that you are sitting next to a cousin that you never knew. If not, Floyd Guthrie will find one for you.
