Sorry Paula, nothing much on Minerva PATTON KILGORE. I have that she and William KILGORE had 12 children between 1833 and about 1854 in Walker Co. Some census records is about what I have on this family. Best resource I've seen on Patton Hill is the "Here We Rest" vol 7, great survey, but I'm betting there are unmarked graves, broken headstones, etc that "keep their secrets". Most of their children were born in Walker Co.....their daughter Elizabeth married Wiley Davis....does anyone have a list of the Pattons buried at Patton Hill? Thanks! You are so right, Ed! 147 unmarked graves....that's a crime! Wish our ancestors had been better record keepers - but I guess they were just trying to survive....Thanks, Paula
