When Caroline and I went to check out this cemetery in 2002 or so, it had been heavily damaged, and many of these stones, including the ones of James Matlock Kitchens and Sally Brown Kitchens, had been lost. We were making efforts, through some old photographs that showed the locations of the graves, to have the stones replaced and the graves re-marked.
