There is a book titled "A Walk Through Greenwood Cemetery" by Joey Brackner and Rae Hague Eighmey, published by the City of Tuscaloosa and the Heritage Commission of Tuscaloosa County. I have a copy and purchased it in Tuscaloosa at the Historical Commission office. It contains a listing of people buried there as well as a walking tour and locator for graves in the cemetery. It also describes the type of grave marker, information on the each person buried there (age, dates, relationships) as shown on the markers. If I can help with information from the book, please contact me. Also, I would also like information on the Pool Cemetery (old Sartin/Sartain cemetery). My great grandmother was Mary Anne Sartain, daughter of William Turner Sartain. William Turner Sartain and many of the Sartains are buried in the cemetery at PRovidence Baptist Church in Walker County, but I am missing some of the crew and think they are in Tuscaloosa County.
