All GUIN'S and connections to the city are invited to the Founder's Day Celebration for October 4the weekend.For details check with Norma at Guin Cityhall.They are planning history displays at cityhall, entertainment in the afternoon,featuring gospel and country music bands on stage or stages.A film and photo display with regards to the local history & early settlers.If you have items to display let them know. Saturday evening Annette & Raymond Guin will host a reception for the Guin and other families who were involved in the development of the city in the past.The reception will be at Sunset Inn from 5-7p.m.For more info on the reception get in touch with Raymond at: <Rguin03@mylink.net> A gospel concert will be held At 7p.m. at the GUIN HIGH SCHOOL featuring four gospel groups.
