I am trying to locate my ggg-grandparents burial place. The last place I can find them on any census records is living around the town of Elrod in the 1870 Tuscaloosa county census. Their death date would probably be between 1870 and 1880 as I can't find them on the census anymore after 1870. Does anyone know of any cemeteries near Elrod that might have an archive as to who is buried in them? Their names are: Hiram Roberts (born 1807) Mary (Polly) Ayers Roberts (born 1805) They had a grandson living with them in the 1870 census. His name was: Hiram Campbell (spelled Camel on the census) born 1860 I found Hiram Campbell living with a cousin in the 1880 Blount county census.
