Mustered in at Fayetteville and discharged at Warren County, Tennessee. BOUNTY LAND: 32,403-80-50; 45, 583-80-55 COMMENTS: National Archives service records: 1852, Eldridge was resident of Tuscaloosa County, Alabama; he appeared before L. Y. Skinner, J. P. certified by Moses McGuire, Judge of Probate. 1858 (?), Smith County, Texas, Jacob and James Jenkins attested for Eldridge before Willlis Jones, J. P. certified by R. M. Chapman, County Clerk. 1857, Smith County, Eldridge sold his bounty land warrant to Willliam E. Fales, before R. W. Chapman, Clerk of the Court. Witnesses were R. W. Chapman and Samuel Phillips.
