Hello List, My ggggrandfather Joel Rogers married Sarah (Sally) Norred on September 26, 1822 in Bibb County. There were only a couple Rogers in Bibb Co. on the 1820 census...Joel and Jesse Rogers. Tuscaloosa Co., which is next door to Bibb Co., had some Rogers and I believe there was even a Rogers homestead at one time. Would anyone happen to know if Joel Rogers was related to any of the Rogers in Tuscaloosa Co.? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank You, Eileen Rogers Mullins nemullins@msn.com
