Hi, BPS! Sorry, I do not know much about My Sanders/saunders yet. Only think I have is that Nancy A. SANDER/SAUNDERS was born in Georgia (probably somewhere around carrol county, georgia, or Cherokee, Georgia)and her parents were born in South Carolina. It is suspected that her father could be Stephen Sanders/saunders. Her sister Narcissus married James M. Carnes the brother of her husband, Green Berry Carnes. Nancy and Green Berry Carnes were married inCherokee County, Alabama. and I was told that Nancy could be full-blood Cherokee....but know proof yet. Wish i could be more of help.
