    3. Does anyone have a date of death and/or burial place for John THOMPSON, son of Nathan THOMPSON and Elizabeth WEAVER? John is likely to have been born in TN as his parents were married there in 1794. Nathan THOMPSON, b. ca. 1775 NC, moved his family to Fayette/Marion counties ca. 1818. John THOMPSON appears in the 1830 Tuscaloosa census. I don't have the 1840 census info but the 1850 Tuscaloosa Co. Census shows John THOMPSON's widow as the head of household: #819 THOMPSON, Charity 42 F (b. 18 July 1809 NC) Martha 18 F 1832 AL Nancy E. 22 F 1828 AL Mary A. 20 F 1830 AL Louisa M. 16 F 1834 AL m. Robert P. WARD Wm. N. 12 M 1838 AL Susan F. 10 F 1840 AL Charity HAM THOMPSON died 29 Jan. 1869 and is buried in Woodland, MS. She is the daughter of Spias HAM and Charity ROBERTS. Any help appreciated. Best regards, Monya Fayette Co.
