Hello CUZIN!! How do you tie into the Snider, Weaver, Thomson and Kyzer families I descend from JAcob and Susannah Snider via son Matthias. Deb ******** This is my mother side of family: My g-great-grandmother was MARY EMELINE SNIDER.....I found her name in the Tuscaloosa Heritage book being the daughter of Daniel & Barbara Weaver Snider married to Solly Thompson..... My g-great-grandfather name on his tombstone J.S. THOMPSON.......I was told his name was Joseph and my mother have heard people refering him as Solly / Salom??......Not sure who his parents are yet... I do not have proof yet on if Mary & Solly are the same person as J.S. THOMPSON & MARY EMELINE SNIDER, but i feel it in my guts and my heart that they are....Hopefully, I will get more info for sure...... According to the Tuscaloosa Heritage book Daniel is the s/o JOHN SNIDER, he is the s/o JACOB & SUSANNAH SNIDER...... My g-grandmother's sister DELPHIA CLARA THOMPSON married first JOSEPH WEAVER s/o Zachariah & Sarah Vaughn Weaver, then second she married HENRY COLLIER KYZER {he is also kin on my father side of family} s/o Emanuel Polly Mary Oswalt Kyzer, he is s/o DANIEL & Redema Weaver KYZER {my 3rd grand grandparents} Also so, Delphia's daughter MITTIE WEAVER married HENRY C. KYZER'S son CECIL MARTIN KYZER. My great grandmother was GEORGIANNA "DELLA" THOMPSON married EDDIE LUETIENANT SHUTTLESWORTH s/o BENJAMIN S. & MARY REBECCA SMITH SHUTTLESWORTH.... My grandmother JESSIE MAE SHUTTLESWORTH married HARMON PAT CARNES I was told also that the THOMPSON'S lived up around Searls and Kellerman area... Also, I remember I think it was in the 1970's that a house was donated and moved to TANNE HILL PARK...that was a THOMPSON HOUSE...can't recall what Thompson...but was kin to J.S. Thompson...
