William H. Carlisle is the son of Michael Andrew Jackson Carlisle (b. 14 Apr. 1816 Morgan Co. GA, d. 13 Sep. 1898 Chambers Co., AL) and Matilda Hostum Michael was the son Edmund G. Carlisle RS and Elizabeth Whatley. William H. Carlisle was born in Chambers Co. Alabama on 16 Sep 1838 and married Amarita A. Wright (b. 19 Mar 1848 and d. 26 Mar 1910 in Bell Co., TX. ) That is the extent of my knowledge of this line.
