I have not delved too much into the geneaology of the Benson family beyond John J. Benson, his two wives and his children. Most of research has been around William Benson and his activities relating to the Kowaliga Academic and Industrial Institute and The Dixie Industrial Company as we as his relationships with Booker T. Washington and W. E. B. DuBois. I would love to talk and share further. I have been gathering research for a book, but just haven't made the time to write it.
