A document for my gggrandfather, John H. Howard, revealed Elvira was his mother. I have found all the children with the exception of William and Julia. Enoch in 1850 Russell County, AL census and Elvira with children in 1860 and 1870 Tallapoosa County census. Any help you can give me in locating William and Julia will be appreciated. Thank you.
