I am related to Joel Stowe (husband of Amy Uptegrove), I believe the Joel Stowe buried a the Old Stowe Cemetery. I live in Virginia, but was in Montgomery last week. I tried unsuccessfully to find the Cemetery, walking around in the woods off of Stowe's Ferry Landing. I don't anticipate being down there for a while, but would welcome any info you have on where the cemetery is.
