Went to church with some of them for many years. Though I'm not kin to your Smiths, I grew up with a lady that I called Aunt Mary Vaughn (Smith) who is kin to your Smiths. She passed away almost a year ago. She, her husband, and family lived in Alexander City, AL. Her mom married a Smith, but I can't remember his name right now. Did you ever find any info on your Smiths? Even though we are not kin by way of the Smiths, we are distant kin by way of the Tauntons. When I have time, I'll go through my Taunton info & see what I can find. Can send you a file for our Tauntons, if you want me to do so.
