I am looking for anyone that might have access to conveyance records in Tallapoosa County for the 1820's to 1850's. I'm trying to find a link between Abraham Bayne (Bain & Bane other possible spellings) and his wife Sarah (or Sallie) Bayne, and the brothers James Bane & Benjamin Bane. I have a feeling that upon Abraham's death land was either conveyed to his wife or his kids... and I'm hoping to find that either James or Benjamin were children of his.
