Could surely use some help here, Peter DUDLEY married Sarah D. Peter is supposed to have owned & operated store/trading post in Dudleyville, Tallapossa, CO. ALA. Supposedly the town is named after him. He also owned an Inn in Dudleyville and one in West Point, GA. Peter's wife Sarah D. owned much property in Tallapossa, CO. It's thought Peter might have been born in GA near SC line and owned land in Clark CO., GA. Peter & Sarah's son, James Augustus Grandberry DUDLEY ( I am his 2nd great grandson) b: 1806 in GA. d: 1859 Coffeyville, TX m: 1830 in Montgomery CO., ALA to Suzan Elizabeth ZIMMERMAN b:1806 Tallapossa CO., ALA d:1855 Diana, Upshur CO., TX I could sure use some help on Peter and Sarah.
