Hi Terry, I descend from Jesse C. Knight's brother Henry Knight. We Knight researchers know so little about our Knights that we have collected information on all lines in hopes of stumbling into some great piece of evidence. The information that I have below basically came form the will of Jesse C. Knight who died in Tallapoosa CO AL. His will was filed the 14 day of July 1890 The will named the following children, viz: M. H. Hancock, wife of A. M. Hancock, Missouri Boulware, wife of F. M. Boulware, Jesse C. Knight, Charles D. Knight, James D. Knight all of whom are over the age of 21 years and reside in this county; and your petitioner (W. H. Knight); and the following grandchildren, children Francis Adair deceased, viz: Thomas Adair, Fitchie Adair, Jimmie Adair, all over 14 years of age, C. F. Adair, Tempie Adair and Sallie Adair, Mary Adair all under 14 years of age. All of said minors reside in said county and in the custody of their father George W. Adair.
