Hello, I am looking for information about Sarah Ann FAULK, born abt. 1838. She was the daughter and oldest child of Richard M. FAULK and Jemima EVANS. Sarah Ann FAULK married John Monroe FAULK b. 1840. Their relationship before marriage, if any, is unknown. They had three children: John Monroe FAULK, Jr. born 1860, Martha Caroline Louvenia "Carrie" Faulk b. 1862 and David Lawson FAULK b. 1867. By 1872 the children are described by the Tallapoosa County courts as "orphans" and are placed under guardianship. Any information about this Tallapoosa County, AL FAULK family would be so welcome.
