Hello, I just joined this list, and I am searching for any Byrd, Paulett, or Caver, in Tallapoosa or Lee County. My great grandfather was John Wesley Byrd who married Rutha Jane Paulett in Lee County in 1872. Her brother, Samuel (Jesse) Paulett married Elizabeth C. Caver in 1868, Lee County. This section was Tallipoosa before 1866. J. W.'S parents may have been Henry or William. These people were Methodists. Thank you, Susan Morris
