Here is the URL: http://www.rootsweb.com/~mailist/ethnic/index.html That will get you to the Ethnic Group Lists on rootsweb. Look for Cherokee and Creek lists. With them you will find URL addresses for those groups. You can click them on and go directly to their sites. I have them packed away for transfer to one of the libraries in AL. The census' were taken for the Creeks and Cherokee nations before Jacksons removal of the Indians into the west. It was called the Trail of Tears. The Cherokee Museum in NC is one source. The census are on line with rootsweb.com , I have also seen them on microfilm at the Library in Andalusia, AL. Does anyone know anything about that? If so, how can one access this? Jill LackAssc@execpc.com
