Jeff - I'm not aware of any of my clan being in Covington Co however My g-g-father had a son, his oldest, named William G who was in Winston Co Ala in 1880. I've never been able to track him and his wife Rachel. William was a son through g-g-father's first marriage to Sarah Ann E. Day. Also g-g-father had a daughter named Sarah who was never able to track. Also throught first marriage. Do any of these strike a note? Thanks for responding.
