" I have an old Alabama map that shows Desoto to be slightly nw of Waverly (extreme sw corner of Chambers) and directly south of Camp Hill. I would guess in the New Hope church area. There are three cemeteries there: One at the church and two down a narrow road. Five graves on one site, only one marked, and a few on the other with none marked. The one at the church has a lot of marked graves.
