    3. Kenny: You don't need the help of others. You can do it all by yourself!!!!!!!!! Just look in you local white page telephone directory under Church of Jesus Christ, Latter Day Saints, OR in the yellow pages under churches. (If you live in a small town, check the telephone directory of a larger town near you. There is a site on the Internet that will list ALL Family History Centers in the US). Call a church with a sub listing for Family History Center. Find out their hours and go there. Tell them you wish to order conveyance records from Tallapoosa Co, AL. They will show you how to order. It will cost you about $3.50 per roll of microfilm you borrow. You will use the microfilm in the facility where you place your order. There will not be any other charges. The microfilm will be sent to you from Salt Lake City. You will have to use it at the Family History Center where you ordered it. Good luck, MIC Visit Barnette's Family Tree Book Co For One of the Largest and Best Selections of Genealogical and Historical Books in the World. 3. Nell: Records of a particular church are the property of that church. Have you tried the church? For Baptist records in Alabama, contact Samford university in Birmingham. The are the repository for Baptist historical materials in Alabama. They request churches with records to either deposit or allow them to make copies of their records.
