Secondly I've just been contacted by someone who is tracing the de Breton Godfrey connection. There's a family story of Thomas blowing his inheritance (an Irish estate) on fast living, abandoning his wife and two children, and running off to New York with a Ruth Baranoff. -- Graeme Wall My genealogy website <www.greywall.demon.co.uk/genealogy>
