I plan to add a line of "Once removed" and "Twice removed" designs to the cousins, but that's about it. I searched for obscure relative titles but couldn't come up with much more than these. Is there a site or table that shows all possible relations?

try your genealogy program. My FTM routinely displays such associations. The further back you go the more you will see this. The more lines you search adds to the the amount of 1st cousin three times removed or 5 cousin once removed, etc... appearing.
