Jack, You can't have the same "file" for BK 5 & 6, you can have the same data in two different sets of files. BK5 file names end in .DT5 and BK6 end in .DT6. Regarding pictures, go to a person with a picture and see where its located and if it displays. During the conversion from BK5 to BK6 you had to select whether you wanted to copy the pictures to a new location or leave them whether BK5 said they were. Jim
