    3. Try this family in Ohio, Virginia: Year: 1850; Census Place: District 44, Ohio, Virginia; Roll: M432_966; Page: 21 I think that the age is a bit off for Thomas, but the names of the children match up (Washington instead of George or G.W.), and all born in Pennsylvania, which is off for Thomas, who is shown born in Virginia in the 1860. Ohio County, Virginia/West Virginia is adjacent to Brooke County. hope that is it, Cathy Michael Kenefick wrote: > Hello Wonderful SKSs, > > Could some one find Thomas Murphy on the 1850 Census DOB about 1809. > One source is he was born in Ireland or Virginia / West Virginia. 3. Hello Cathy, OMG. You have done it again. Other researchers had the wife as Elizabeth nee Brown. The S. J. age 12 on the 1860 matches the Sarah J. on the 1850 age 2. If I don't stop finding these WV relatives I am going to find out your husbands family and mine are related 8>) Mike in Ohio Huntersglenn wrote: > Try this family in Ohio, Virginia: > Year: 1850; Census Place: District 44, Ohio, Virginia; Roll: M432_966; > Page: 21 > > I think that the age is a bit off for Thomas, but the names of the > children match up (Washington instead of George or G.W.), and all born > in Pennsylvania, which is off for Thomas, who is shown born in Virginia > in the 1860. > > Ohio County, Virginia/West Virginia is adjacent to Brooke County. > > hope that is it, > Cathy > > Michael Kenefick wrote: > >> Hello Wonderful SKSs, >> >> Could some one find Thomas Murphy on the 1850 Census DOB about 1809. >> One source is he was born in Ireland or Virginia / West Virginia.
