There are a number of free providers of Usenet access. The one I use is Eternal September (http://www.eternal-september.org/), which requires a signup but is otherwise free. There are also a number of pay services, though they tend to be quite reasonable. Frequently recommended in that category is News.Individual.Net (http://news.individual.net/), which runs 10 (ten euros) per year. -- Joe Makowiec http://makowiec.org/ Email: http://makowiec.org/contact/?Joe Usenet Improvement Project: http://improve-usenet.org/

I've been using Individual.net since before it became a pay service, and I must say I recommend it highly and find the price to be more than reasonable. -- Steve W. Jackson Montgomery, Alabama
