I agree with Gerry. Give us some concrete information, and maybe we can find the person for you. I found family for someone in Germany whom they had been out of contact with since WW2. All I had was a name and FOUR possible places they might have been. The person was dead, but wife had kept his name for family's phone number, a common occurrence. Let us help you. The details returned can be a bit fuzzy (presumably as someone wants to sell a further service) but can often mesh in with other known information.
