    3. Here's the citation for that household: Source Citation: Year: 1930; Census Place: Pontiac, Oakland, Michigan; Roll 1017; Page: 8A; Enumeration District: 70 It appears that the enumerator started to write it with a "W" and then put the "C" over it, and the indexers went with what looked to be the bolder letter. If you're certain of the last name, I can go in and make a correction - it'll still be indexed as "Wornell", but with the notation that it could also be "Cornell". Not a perfect fix, but better than nothing. It looks as if the enumerator started to write "Ward" first, and them remembered that it was supposed to be surname first. Anything you can to to make this family easier to find by other researchers would be a good thing. I had to resort to searching for every "Ward" married to a "Mayme" in Michigan to come up with this possibility. Thanks again for it help. It is most apprecioated. David Cornell
