Everyone here knows about FamilySearch Indexing. To date it has brought us nearly a billion names and their records for us to use, and many are finding things they had even gone to the record repositories themselves that had them and those there had not been able to find the information! This started with a single person setting up a page on Facebook for 'Super Indexing Sunday', and now FamilySearch has picked it up and started a page as well. You can go to both pages and 'like' both if you are on Facebook, and even if not, you can still join the event simply by doing as much indexing as you can that day.
