Dave, I didn't find any information on John WILSON, Matilda BROMLEY or Thomas RILEY. Are you sure they were married in Sumter County? I didn't find John Clarence WILSON or Gussie DUBOSE either. But because DUBOSE is a unique surname, I checked for other DUBOSE's and here's what I found Julia Ann DUBOSE to Louis EZELLE, lic dt 29 Jan 1890, marr dt 30 Jan 1890, book CO4, page 0099 Henry DUBOSE to Jennie BROWNING, lic dt 15 Aug 1877, there was no marr dt, book CO2, page 0365 Robert DUBOSE to Sudie TAYLOR, lic dt 27 Dec 1888, there was no marr dt-it was marked as not returned, book CO4, page 0014 I hope this information helps. Let me know.
