Wendell, I do not have access to the Cubley will, except by going to the courthouse (30 miles away) and making a copy of it. You may be able to obtain a copy from the Probate Office if you write to it and give it the will book number and page number. Frequently, requests to the Probate Office for copies of records are passed along to me for it seems that I am the only genealogical researcher that the staff of the Probate Office can turn to. But, in this case, since you have the citation as to where the record is filed, you should be able to obtain a copy from the staff of the Probate Office.
