Barbara, I do not know of any books that cover the Cahoons, McElroys, Nelsons or Wabbington families of Sumter County. The few books written about Sumter County families were written, for the most part, about families in the Livingston and north Sumter areas. However, there are lots of records in the courthouse with regard to your surnames, and there are marked graves for, at least, Cahoons and McElroys in the Ward and Cuba areas.
