Phillips, age 79, a resident of Fairhope, passed away Sunday, November 12, 2006. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Phillips of Fairhope son, James C. (Deborah) Phillips of Semmes daughter, Lisa R. (Donald "Scooter") Spradley of Fairhope 3 grandchildren, Braegan Phillips Corey and Caitlin Spradley, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 14, 2006, from 6:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope, AL. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 15, 2006, at 10:00 a.m., from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home. Interment will be in Memory Gardens of Fairhope.
