Gary Allen Grooms Riverside--Funeral service for Gary Allen Grooms, 50, was Monday, Nov. 6, at 2 p.m. at Eden Westside Baptist Church, with the Rev. Jacky Connell officiating. Burial was in Forest Crest Cemetery in Irondale. Mr. Grooms died Friday, Nov. 3, 2006 He was preceded in death by his brother, Walter Grooms. Survivors include his wife, Darnell Grooms; one daughter, Candace Michelle Grooms; one son, Christopher Grooms; mother, Inez Grooms; and four brothers, Richard Ray Grooms II, Mike Grooms, Russell Grooms and Larry Coker. Kilgroe Funeral Home directed the service.
