Doris "Tootie" Roberts Pell City---Funeral service for Doris "Tootie" Roberts, 59, of Lincoln, was Monday, Nov. 6, at 1 p.m. at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, with the Rev. Clyde Pettius officiating. Burial was in Refuge Cemetery. Mrs. Roberts died Nov. 3. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Chuck Roberts of Lincoln; her parents, Honston and Dink Poe of Lincoln; one son, Will Roberts of Lincoln; one step-son, Dwayne Roberts of Florida; one step-daughter, Tina David of Ragland; one aunt, Dophene Lee of Talladega; and a host of cousins. Active pallbearers were Jason Green, John Morgan, Dwayne Moxley, Patrick Slaughter, L.J. Josey and Kenneth Green. Honorary pallbearers were Danny Williams and Steve Green. Usrey Funeral Home in Pell City directed the service.
