This obituary was in the St. Clair Times, St. Clair Co., AL., Thursday, Nov. 23, 2006. Joyce B. Brasher Pell City--Funeral service for Joyce B. Brasher, 77, were Saturday, Nov. 18, at 11 a.m. from Usrey Chapel with the Rev. Bobby Parker officiating. Burial was in St. Clair Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Brasher died Thursday, Nov. 16, 2006. She was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Brasher; and by her parents, Robert and Rosa Lee Brock. She was a member of Cook Springs Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, Jim (Connie) Brasher; grandchildren, Emily Lauren Brasher and Abbey Paige Brasher; and several nieces and nephews. Usrey Funeral Home in Pell City directed the service.
