Johnny Ray St. John Ragland---Funeral service for Johnny Ray St. John, 70, was Sunday, Nov. 26, at 2 p.m. at Usrey Chapel in Pell City, the Rev. Doug Ford, the Rev. Ted St. John, the Rev. Ives Harris and Brother David Burnham officiating. Burial was in Macedonia Baptist Cemetery. Mr. St. John died Nov. 24, at his residence. He was a loving husband, father and Paw-Paw. He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Dana St. John; by an infant grandson, Brody Fuller; by his parents, Marion St. John and Myrtis Bunt St. John; by four brothers and two sisters. He is survived by his wife, Sadie Wilson St. John; a son, Danny (Tanga) St. John of Ragland; four daughters, Jeana St. John of Pell City, Cynthia (Kenneth) Poe of Ragland, Gwen (DeWayne) Fuller of Ragland and April St. John of Ragland; a brother, Herbert (Jerri) St. John of Ashville; a sister, Jeanette Bollinger of Pell City; five grandchildren, Riley, Jared, Kendall, Emily and Coby; and special nieces and nephews. The family would like to say a special thanks to St. Clair Home Health, to Shirley Cone and to Cr. McClanahan. Pallbearers were Steve St. John, Rodney St. John, Rickey St. John, Alton Martin, Roger Martin, Jimmy Hathcox, David Wilson and Charles Douglas. Honorary pallbearers were Donald Bishop, Dan Kearley and Ken Phillips. Usrey Funeral Home of Pell City directed the service.
