Rebecca Cantley Colvin Cropwell Memorial service for Rebecca Cantley Colvin, 65, of Cropwell was Wednesday, at 2 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Pell City with the Rev. Mark Parris and the Rev. Sherri Reynolds officiating. Ms. Colvin died August 5. Her bright presence will be missed by her extended family and many friends. She is survived by her husband, Joseph Edward Colvin; sons, John Colvin (Sandy), Bryan Colvin (Jamie); daughter Jennifer Colvin; 5 grandchildren James, Matt, Dylan and Marley. In lieu of flowers the family requested memorials be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoms Society-Alabama Chapter, 100 Chase Park South, Suite 200, Birmingham AL 35244 or The First United Methodist Church of Pell City, Christian Outreach, 2200 Third Avenue North, Pell City, AL 35125. Kilgroe Funeral Home in Pell City directed the service.
