Ben Dismukes Ashville- Funeral Service for Ben Dismukes, 51, was Saturday, Aug. 12, at 11 a.m. at Collier-Bulter Chapel with the Rev. Thomas Dismukes officiating. Gene Swader provided the music. Mr. Dismukes passed away Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2006. Ben was a native of Rainbow City and a long time resident of Ashville. He is preceded in death by his father, Marion Dismukes. He is survived by his son, Chance Dismukes; daughters, Bonnie (Scotty) Hawkins, Mexi (Jimmy) Green, Mary (Scotty) Putman; mother Agnes Dismukes; grandchildren, Holly and Brian Hawkins, Josie and Connor Green and AnnAleese Putman. Collier-Bulter Funeral Home in Gadsden directed the service.
